Ala-Archa National Park was the first national park established in Kyrgyzstan in 1976 and is located about 40 km from Bishkek. Ala-Archa means cedar, and it is said that the name was given because there are many cedar trees in the national park. The local travel agency Ketik recruited people for a half-day tour because it is close to the city and the trekking course is easy.
I walked up to Broken Heart and met a cute squirrel on the way.
It is about an hour's drive from downtown Bishkek, so it is worth visiting once.
Departure point Al-Prager Ala-Archa (2,200m above sea level)
Broken Heart Rock (2,380m above sea level)
Waterfall (2,665m above sea level)
