The design of Zhengzhou's "Big Corn" was inspired by China's oldest existing brick tower, the "Songyue Temple Pagoda." Surrounded by lakes, the "Big Corn" stands in the center of the Zhengdong New District CBD. During the day, the "Big Corn" looks like a magnificent ancient tower, while at night, the ancient tower emits Buddha's light, becoming the "Big Corn" as people call it. The yellow light all over the tower is the most dazzling in the night.
"Big Corn" consists of two parts: the main building and the podium building. The main building has 63 floors, 60 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. Functionally, the 1st to 4th floors are commercial buildings, the 5th to 30th floors are offices, and the 31st floor and above are hotels. The 3rd floor underground is mainly for parking. The 58th floor of the Corn Cob Building is the highest visiting and exhibition floor in Henan, and is also the Big Corn Building City Sightseeing Hall. It rotates 360 degrees and you can look out in all directions through the giant glass screen.
The warm temperate monsoon climate makes it suitable for travel in all four seasons.
The Zhengzhou Big Corn City Viewing Hall on the 58th floor is a corn-shaped high-rise building on the shores of Ruyi Lake in the Zhengdong New District's CBD. It is a new landmark in Zhengzhou. Its corn-like shape somewhat resembles the Iron Tower in Kaifeng. The city viewing hall on the 58th floor offers a panoramic view of Zhengzhou's cityscape, with beautiful views both day and night.
It is recommended to play for about 2 hours.
