Fenghuang Ancient Town

For those planning to visit Zhangjiajie, make sure not to miss 'Fenghuang,' the ancient riverside town along the Tuojiang River.

Fenghuang can be explored both during the day and at night. During the day, the atmosphere is quite relaxed, but when night falls, Fenghuang transforms into a brightly lit town filled with colorful lights. The bridges, houses, and shops all come alive, creating a completely different vibe that makes you forget the daytime scenery.

We recommend staying overnight here for at least one night, as the town is quite large and offers plenty of photo opportunities.

🚄 Transportation: High-speed Train: Fenghuanggucheng Station. Once you arrive at the station, you can take a taxi or call a DiDi to reach the ancient town.
