Anyang Museum | Henan_Anyang

|Henan_Anyang. Anyang Museum
Founded in 1958, during the Yuan Shikai period; Anyang City Museum moved to the new building in 2008, changed its name to Anyang Museum in 2010, and was promoted to a national first-class museum at the end of 2020. Visiting hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00-20:00. Currently free and no reservation required.
There are regular free explanations on holidays. Self-driving parking is convenient and there are ample parking spaces. Notes:
1. The rich collection of oracle bones and bronzes is dazzling, and what is more attractive to me is the murals moved from the tomb of Zhao Yi in the Tang Dynasty.
2. The screen stone coffin bed unearthed from the tomb of Qu Qing in the Sui Dynasty is the most impressive. The exquisite stone carvings and the strong Buddhist and Zoroastrian colors of the stone carvings are fascinating.
3. The various colored pottery figurines and unglazed porcelain are lively and interesting.
4. There is a souvenir shop in the museum where you can collect stamps
