A mysteriously colored swamp created by a volcanic eruption
Hell Swamp is located about 5 minutes from Sukayu Onsen

The swamp was formed by the accumulation of hot spring water from nearby hot springs in the remains of a former explosion crater

Sulfur-rich gas and hot springs are spewing out, and the smell of sulfur is strong 😅

The swamp is so acidic that fish cannot live there, and there are places where smoke is rising and there are places where no vegetation grows, creating a desolate landscape.

The day after the rainy day, it was sunny from the morning.
The contrast between the blue sky, clouds, and emerald green was beautiful😍.
