A little different from traditional zoos, this is the northernmost zoo in Japan, where the "behavioral exhibits" that are tailored to the ecology of the animals are popular.

It's not an easily accessible location, but tourists from all over the country visit.

The park is spacious, so please enjoy strolling around at your leisure. Sneakers are a must!
When I visited on October 21st, the autumn leaves were beautiful, and I enjoyed the animals and the leaves!
