[Tokyo] Boost Your Luck with Asakusa Sightseeing! "Asakusa Seven Lucky Gods Tour"

A specialty of Asakusa sightseeing, the "Asakusa Seven Lucky Gods Tour"

This is a walking tour to boost your luck by visiting seven temples and shrines scattered around the Asakusa area, each enshrining different gods of fortune, known as the "Asakusa Famous Places Seven Lucky Gods," cherished by common people since the Edo period.

You can start the Seven Lucky Gods tour anytime and from any temple or shrine you like.
The tour takes at least about 4 hours.

Each temple and shrine offers unique souvenirs called "Goshuin" (temple stamps), "Ofukue" (lucky pictures), and "Ofukusasa" (lucky bamboo branches)

1. Senso-ji Temple (Daikokuten): 2-3-1 Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo
2. Asakusa Shrine (Ebisu): 2-3-1 Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo
3. Matsuchiyama Shoten (Bishamonten): 7-4-1 Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo
4. Imado Shrine (Fukurokuju): 1-5-22 Imado, Taito-ku, Tokyo
5. Hashiba Fudo-in (Hotei-son): 2-14-19 Hashiba, Taito-ku, Tokyo
6. Ishihama Shrine (Juroujin): 3-28-58 Minamisenju, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo
7. Washi Shrine (Juroujin): 3-18-7 Senzoku, Taito-ku, Tokyo
8. Yoshiwara Shrine (Benzaiten): 3-20-2 Senzoku, Taito-ku, Tokyo
9. Yasaki Inari Shrine (Fukurokuju): 2-14-1 Matsugaya, Taito-ku, Tokyo

In my case, I followed the classic route:
(Start) Senso-ji Temple ⇒ Asakusa Shrine ⇒ Matsuchiyama Shoten ⇒ Imado Shrine ⇒ Hashiba Fudo-in ⇒ Ishihama Shrine ⇒ Washi Shrine ⇒ Yoshiwara Shrine ⇒ Yasaki Inari Shrine

It’s quite a challenge, but it gives a great sense of accomplishment.
