Fairfield by marriotr kumamoto aso may just be a three star hotel but it stands out as an amazing hotel during my stay and in no way did I feel it was like a three star hotel. Enter the hotel and everything feels well maintained and new. It has a homely warm feel at this hotel.

I booked their twin room and I had a pleasant surprise. The room had a comfortable size and space. It was big enough to fit my luggage and I love the location as it is right outside the main aso station. So much convenience if you are traveling by train. I also love the view from my rooom. I could spot the famous Mount aso and watch the train run past from the train station. There's even a little spot in the room for you to just admire the views outside. There's no bathtub but I love that the dry and wet toilet is separated. The room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. I have no complains but only praises for Fairfield by marriott kumamoto aso. Superb stay!
