⁡ LAND ART PARK "ACAO FOREST" is about a 10-minute bus ride from Atami Station.

Pay the entrance fee at the entrance and take the bus to the top.
It's built on a hill, so you climb to the top and then walk down while looking at the gardens and plants.
At the top is Soga Sengen Shrine, where you can get a goshuin.

And it's no exaggeration to say that I wanted to come here, the cafe "Koeda House" built by Kengo Kuma.
The glass building, which looks like it was made by combining small branches, has a sense of openness and blends in smoothly with the scenery.
You can take a break with a drink in hand while looking out at the sea.
By the way, black kites are targeting you, so it's safe to go anywhere with a roof except for drinks!

⁡ There are also hammocks and many other ways to relax in the park.
I felt like I wasn't enough to stay there for 2 hours if I was just lounging around lol.

If you want to enjoy the flowers, plants, and gardens, spring or summer is recommended.
There are also workshops using herbs in the park.
