Pu Luong Nature Reserve (Thanh Hoa)

Pu Luong in summer is a peaceful, rural paradise. I stayed in a traditional stilt house and woke to misty mornings over terraced rice fields. Trekking through the reserve took me past waterfalls, ethnic minority villages, and bamboo forests. It’s quieter than Sapa but just as scenic, with fewer crowds and a slower pace. Summer is planting season, so everything was green and alive. A perfect retreat for eco-travelers.
