Grand Hyatt Bali is a large beachfront hotel in Nusa Dua. The breakfast buffet is set up in 5-6 different venues for guests to choose where they want to eat. We checked out several places, but they were very crowded, so we chose to eat at the Japanese restaurant.

The food line is extensive, with self-serve options and a menu of dishes to order, freshly made to order. The cuisine is international, including Western, Eastern, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Halal, and many more.

I was impressed by the Indonesian desserts; they have a variety to try. They look similar to Thai desserts but are less sweet. The staff provided excellent service. I recommend staying here; the buffet food is very appetizing.
