Conservation and stunning views at Gili T

I booked a hotel near the Pandangbai port: Absolute Scuba Bali Dive Resort.

The next day I woke up to catch the 09:30 fast boat to Gili T.

l arrived in Gili T at around 12. I booked a shared public snorkeling tour that takes people to the 3 Gili islands. The tour includes snorkeling stops at places like Turtle Point. And I actually saw turtles!! I also saw the famous underwater art installation that was designed for coral growth and conservation.

Every sunset on Gili T was amazing! Make sure to go to the sunset beaches!

I also found out about Gili Eco Trust and decided to join the Debris Free Friday event from 5pm-6pm to do a beach clean-up.

If you have more time you can join a 3-day course at Gili Eco Trust to learn more about Biorock coral and coral reef conservation. After that you will receive a certificate that allows you to participate in more conservation initiatives

I wish I had more time on Gili T. I will go back!
