Canggu is one of those places where you can just wander aimlessly and still have the best day. The streets are lined with chic cafés, stylish boutiques, and little hidden gems – it’s a treat for anyone who loves exploring on foot.

One of my favorite stops was BOKASHI, an organic grocery store with a beautifully warm, wooden interior. I picked up a slice of their moist carrot cake (so good!) and noticed you can also enjoy it upstairs at their cozy café. The shop sells organic vegetables, pantry staples, and eco-friendly products – no wonder it’s so popular among long-term Bali residents.

I also couldn’t resist stopping by Onuka, a chocolate shop specializing in 100% Bali-made chocolate. Perfect for souvenirs, but I also treated myself to a creamy white chocolate drink to go – the ultimate sweet pick-me-up for an afternoon stroll.

If you love slow travel and discovering local gems, Canggu will steal your heart.
