A Scenic Escape to Plataran Menjangan

Starting our journey in Jakarta， we rented a car and made the 4.5-hour drive from the airport to Plataran Menjangan， enjoying stunning roadside views (select Gilimanuk as your destination and later switch to Plataran). It took an additional 10 minutes to reach the villa from the main road， surrounded by lush， green forest before arriving at the main lobby. The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful during our stay. We stayed in both the Ocean Front Pool Villa and the Forest Villa to experience the difference， and overall， it was pleasant. An advantage of having two booking codes is receiving double the inclusion package during your stay， which was a real benefit for us. A visit to Menjangan Island for snorkeling is a must—it’s a wonderful， unseen world for the kids， with clear water and a variety of fish. Wild deer and monkeys roam around， which is enjoyable. Stay here for at least 2-3 days to soak in the tranquility and sounds of nature， which truly soothe your soul. We certainly plan to return in the future.
