Outstanding Resort Experience

This resort truly stands out: we were upgraded to an Earl ocean suite from a baron garden view. Highlights included the afternoon bottomless tea - just WOW! Every staff member was incredible, especially our butlers, Debi and Romio. Special thanks to Ari too. Exceptional! In particular, Debi went above and beyond for us, providing milk for our son in the fridge every night for bedtime and extra towels for the hot tub. Absolutely first-rate! The kids club was fantastic, as was the Japanese restaurant, and the delightful Russian violinist at tea every day. The singer by the lake isn't the same performer, despite their similar appearance. We absolutely loved this place. The staff are joyful, and the breakfast is outstanding! The suite was stunning! It was an incredible stay, with only a few suggestions: more condiments at tea, and better resort information (perhaps through an app). There were a few WiFi issues, which were swiftly addressed, and a misunderstanding about an 'adults only pool,' which was quickly resolved with clarification that no such pool exists. AMAZING! The hotel owners should be proud of the establishment and the ethos the staff convey.
