Highly Recommend This Hotel Complex

I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel complex. It's stunning and spacious, featuring two eateries (one focused on Asian cuisine, the other Mediterranean), two pools, a botanical garden, a lovely nearby river, a petting zoo, and various lounges. There are plenty of activities available, with most included in the hotel rate, and the staff is always very courteous and helpful. We hit the gym today and tried archery, which was really enjoyable. (They also have personal fitness trainers at the gym!) For outdoor pursuits, you can inquire at the reception for options and hire a driver for 5 hours, or use the complimentary shuttle to the nearby Ubud center. However, the city was very crowded during our visit, so I’m uncertain if I would recommend it. Nonetheless, the monkey garden in Ubud was really beautiful. Five stars are well-deserved for the hotel!
