The highest peak in Vietnam

There are 3 main stages to the road to the top of Fansipan Mountain:

- From the residence to the cable car station: you can take a car, ride a motorcycle, there is a slightly bad and steep road, so driving is also possible

- From the cable car to the station: you should line up in advance (more than 8 hours), but it will be very crowded, even if there are long lines, it will take at least half an hour to get in line. The cable car section takes about 15 minutes

- take the train to the top of the mountain or climb the 600 steps. If you hike the mountain on your own, prepare water, energy drinks, and exercise first, as the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with a fear of heights (especially when going down). But climbing the mountain by yourself, there are some beautiful places like 9-story waterfalls, pagodas, stations, etc. There are rest chairs along the way. The climbing time is also about 1 hour (about 3 kilometers from this height, and the speed on the straight road is usually about 5 kilometers per hour)

On the Vietnamese flag where you can take pictures, the view overlooks thousands of people, and the climbing process is worth it.

The online cable car ticket price is 800,000 per adult. If you buy through the agent Klook, it’s only about 765k-780k, go to scan the QR code and you’re done.

It's about 15k to 300k more to go up and down the cable car and take the train.
