Conquer the Roof of Indochina… Fansipan

A trip to Fansipan Mountain is like a journey to the horizon of Southeast Asia. At 3,143 meters above sea level, Fansipan is nicknamed the “Roof of Indochina” and is a dream destination for nature and mountain lovers.

The starting point of the adventure is Sapa, a small town in northern Vietnam surrounded by mountains and indigenous tribes. Traveling from Hanoi to Sapa can be done by sleeper train or bus, taking about 5-6 hours. Once in Sapa, you can choose to go on an adventure hike or take the Fansipan Legend Cable Car, one of the longest and highest cable cars in the world. It only takes 15 minutes but offers stunning views all the way.

When you reach the top, the view of the valley, the sea of clouds and the mountains and peaks lined up like a painting will make you feel like you are standing on top of the world. The weather is cool and refreshing all year round, especially in the early morning and winter when frost can be seen.
