On the way to Desaru, I stopped by this charming Nyonya steamboat buffet spot for lunch. From the moment I stepped in, the cozy atmosphere and vintage decor made me feel like I’d walked into a Peranakan home.

The food was comforting — flavorful broth, tender meats, and plenty of fresh vegetables. I especially loved ending the meal with their sweet local desserts. It’s one of those rare finds that feels both homely and affordable, a perfect pit stop before continuing the road trip!
