Chaw Cafe, Bang Sue Branch
Address - Soi Wat Pradu, Bang Sue District, Bangkok, U-turn under Pibulsongkram Bridge, before crossing to Kiak Kai Intersection
Getting there - Take the MRT to Bang Pho Station, get off at the 2-minute motorcycle taxi stand, you will arrive there. Or if you have a private car, park on the side of the road next to the shop or opposite the shop, but you have to take your chance.
Atmosphere/Location - It is a newly opened cafe on the side of the road. It is a renovated single-unit shophouse (the shop is only on the ground floor). The front of the shop is glass, see-through glass, with tables in front of the shop for taking cool photos.
And there is a window to take orders. The wall in front of the shop is decorated with vintage green tiles. When you enter the shop, the first thing you will see is the smell of bread and butter. There is a coffee bar made of exposed concrete, and staff will recommend drinks.
There are about 6 small tables in the shop, which may not be able to accommodate many people. The menu includes fresh milk shaved ice, both coffee and non-coffee drinks, and toasts. For coffee lovers, you can choose your coffee beans.
Highlights - The most outstanding is the steamed shaved ice with True Tone custard, very fragrant, sweet and creamy. The bread is soft and hot from the oven. Another menu is Thai tea shaved ice, very fragrant with Thai tea, with pearls and whipped cream.
The corner in front of the shop is a unique garden photo spot.
