Center One, Victory Monument is on the same side as Victory Mall and opposite Victory Hub where there is Sukishi Tee Noi 😊
It is a mall with restaurants and Eat Am Are, a steak restaurant in the mall. The air conditioning is cool. There are many different types of food and shops. The mall itself is quite old (but newer than the mall next door). I recommend this mall if you are walking around Victory Monument and don't know what to eat. You can stop by and see this mall. There are many types of food to choose from.
