#Songkran2024Travel Destinations Enishi Raman The shop is located in the One City Center building, in front of the entrance. If you walk from the BTS, you may see the shop. Or if you park your car at the building, you have to walk back to the front. The shop is near the Arabica coffee shop.

The shop looks like a 1-seat speed bar with a long counter bar. There is a chef preparing ingredients and cooking in front of you. It seems to be a gimmick of many shops that have opened in Thailand for this era. But it's good. It looks like a way for customers to get to know the chef in another way.

If the shop is full, you have to wait outside first. There will be a waiting area in front of the shop for about 8 people. While waiting, the staff will bring the menu for us to order in advance and pay immediately (pay before eating).

The shop has only 3 main menus:
🍜 Dandan raman
🍜 Dashi Raman
🍜 and shoyu Raman

Order Japanese dashi noodle (the most expensive type, the most toppings, 480 baht) consisting of Chinese kale, yuzu peel, onion, duck, pork belly, which the duck and pork have a smoky smell.
