Looking for good shopping deals and a lively atmosphere in Bangkok? Chatuchak weekend market is just the place to head to if you’re travelling with a group of friends. It is a mega market that has over 8000 shops selling food, beverages, clothes and even crockery! You can even catch some live musicians and performers busking along the streets.

It is improved quite a bit as the clothes and fashion shops now have more variety instead of having the same clothes across different shops. Also, I recommend stopping by Sicha Tea to get a nice and refreshing cup of authentic Thai milk tea!

The best time to shop here is before 12pm as it gets very crowded closer to the afternoon and evening time.
