ไปค้นหาตัวเองผ่านศิลปะที่งาน Hide and Seek กัน

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck Visit the Exhibition That Invites Us to Find Ourselves with "Hide and Seek" by artist Ellen Sheidlin

This exhibition invites us to explore the space between consciousness and subconsciousness, between childhood and adulthood, between light and darkness, through the story of a child who has to live in dim light to find something in a big house that he doesn't know what it is.

The artist invites us to find the answer to the question, "What if what you are really looking for is probably looking for you?", "When did searching for yourself become running away from yourself?", and "When was the last time you really found yourself?"

The exhibition asks us questions about finding ourselves through the story of a room (entering an unfamiliar place), antlers, and candlelight, which are full of symbols for us to try to interpret.

A 'room' may not just be a square space that we create from walls and ceilings, but it is the entire world that we live in, which is limitless and full of mysteries waiting to be revealed.

The 'antlers' that grow and spread in this room symbolize growth and change, which in this process may be involved in chaos and freedom, which is the source of creativity and new discoveries. That often happens when we dare to let go of order.

In this room, the light from the 'candle' is more than just light. It symbolizes enlightenment. But at the same time, the candle represents blindness. When the light from the candle is used to conceal something, instead of revealing it, we may find that the knowledge we have is not the whole truth, but only a small part that we accept.

The process of knowing ourselves is full of contradictions. It is not just about finding answers. Every time we encounter a new truth, it often leads to new questions waiting for us to discover. The world has become a room full of endless questions. But in this infinity, we may find that our true identity lies in the process of exploring and questioning these questions.
