#triptravelchina Hachicken Kyoto Ramen on the M floor of Emsphere is a ramen shop that combines Japanese and modern styles, looking a bit youthful. The shop is not very big, with about 10-12 tables. The menu is not very extensive, but the prices are quite good, starting at 99 baht. It focuses on chicken ramen and duck chashu, chicken chashu rice, and some snacks, such as chicken karaage.

The soup base has 4 flavors: Shoyu, Yuzu Shio, Paitan, and Miso. Overall, the taste is good. The soup is not too thick or salty. The ramen noodles are chewy and soft, and go well with chicken and duck (I usually eat only pork/beef 😂).
