.. is a community-level public park built on an area of approximately 8 rai around Phra Sumen Fort, at the end of Phra Athit Road, next to the Chao Phraya River, near the mouth of Bang Lamphu Canal.

.. It was established on the occasion of the grand royal ceremony celebrating the 72nd birthday anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great on December 5, 1999. Inside the park, there is the Santichaiprakarn Pavilion, adorned with the emblem of the royal celebration.
