Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchawaramahawihan is a first-class royal temple of the type Ratchawaramahawihan, commonly known as Wat Arun or Wat Chaeng. This temple was built during the Ayutthaya period before the reign of King Narai the Great. The ordination hall and the old vihara in front of the prang are the work of Ayutthaya craftsmen, which is delicate and beautiful. The temple has been maintained and restored in many ways to preserve its beauty.
