Kiew Nong Bua - Wang Lang
A legend of a noodle shop with more than 50 years
Sent directly from Trat to Wang Lang area. It is a shop that has been passed down from generation to generation until today. This shop makes its own yellow noodles and wonton sheets.
Including seafood ingredients that are sent from Trat, making them fresh, delicious, and firm. 🦞🦀🦑
The atmosphere inside the shop is retro but mixed with modern, both in the choice of color tones of chairs and tables, interior decoration, and even photos that seem to tell the story of the shop.
And the outdoor area has a good atmosphere, located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River.
Recommended menu
🍲 Wonton soup with red pork, crispy pork, roast duck, this bowl is very full of ingredients. The soup is sweet and well-rounded, the wonton dough is soft.
🍜 Seafood noodles, mantis shrimp, crab, tom yum, squeeze lime to add spiciness to the tom yum soup. The round noodles are soft and just right. The squid, shrimp, and mantis shrimp are firm.
🥗 Dry fried noodles with fish maw and crab meat. Use flat yellow noodles stir-fried and mixed with fish maw. Love the large chunks of crabmeat sprinkled on top.
🍛 Fried rice with crabmeat egg chili paste The rice is spicy and topped with large pieces of seafood. For those who like it spicy, you can add seafood sauce.
If you pass by this area, I recommend you to stop by. You won't be disappointed.
After you're full from the main course, go up to the second floor, which is the cafe zone.
The atmosphere and taste are equally good.
