.. It is an ancient temple with the original name of "Wat Sam Chin". It is believed that 3 Chinese people built the temple together as a temple for making merit.

.. Phra Phuttha Thotsaphon Yan, the principal Buddha image in the ordination hall, is a Buddha image in the Mara-Vijaya attitude, made of stucco and gilded with lacquer. The general public calls it "Luang Pho To" or "Luang Pho Wat Sam Chin".

.. Phra Sukhothai Traimit is the largest golden Buddha image enshrined in the Phra Maha Mondop, Phra Phuttha Maha Suwanna Patimakorn.

.. Open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

.. Admission to Luang Pho Thongkham is free for Thais.
Foreigners are 100 baht per person.
