#NewYearNewTrip This is a restaurant that is always crowded, no exaggeration. We arrived at the mall before it opened. When we realized that this restaurant was still on our list of places to try, we immediately went to queue when the mall opened... but we still got number 31. The staff called out our number at 10.20 and told us to order food at the counter and pay first. Then we had to wait for a table for about 15-20 minutes.
The menu seems to only have hamburger, which is served with 3 pieces, Japanese rice and soup (you can refill the rice as much as you want). There is a little gimmick to make it more exciting. It is served piece by piece. The first piece comes first, followed by the second piece, which is served with shredded daikon. The third piece is a bit special because it comes with a raw egg for us to crack ourselves. Be careful, use only the yolk. Don't accidentally break it or you won't get to take a nice picture. 😂 And don't forget to sprinkle salt on the egg yolk.
In addition to the hamburger, which is the main menu, there are also many side dishes to choose from. We ordered kimchi and mashed potatoes, which complemented the taste of the hamburger perfectly.
Another thing I like is green chili in olive oil. In fact, there are about 6-7 dipping sauces on the table, one of which is green chili oil. Spicy and fragrant taste, helps to cut the taste very well.
The atmosphere in the shop is lively. The seats are in a circle around the stove. In the middle is the chef who is grilling hamburgers. The smoke floats up into the shop. You can smell the aroma of grilled meat all the time. It feels like watching the chef show you how to do it up close. Just seeing it makes you hungry again.
