"Memory No.22" An exhibition that takes us to explore the face of memory by artists Korn Niyaphan (Korn Doll) and Jakkraphong Siririn (2 Dox)

This exhibition is a joint exhibition of works by Korn Doll and 2 Dox. Although the works of the two artists have different creative methods, they have something in common: conveying emotions, memories, and exploring identity through art.

Korn Doll's works are full of inspiration from vintage toys and memories from each period of life, expressed through the character of Korn Doll, who is warm, playful, and cute. Each piece feels like a page of a diary that records moments, feelings, and imaginations from the past.

While 2 Dox uses the Rorschach ink spreading technique to create semi-abstract paintings that allow viewers to interpret for themselves. His works do not tell stories clearly, but rather leave space for viewers to search for feelings that may have been lost in the past through lines, shapes, and patterns that are created without forcing directions, as if pulling memories from the subconscious. And use art as a tool to reflect the uncertainty of perception.

Although Korn Doll and 2 Dox create works in different ways, one is tangible and full of cuteness, the other is formless and open to the imagination of the audience, but what connects them is “memory” that has been distilled into works of art.
