🍝 A secret shop serving fresh pasta in the Ari area

Semolina: Pasta & Wine, a hidden restaurant in Ari area that serves fresh pasta made every day. There is an open kitchen where we can stand and watch the pasta being made.

The menu we tried was ✨

🦐 Seafood Pesto with a light basil scent, chewy noodles, large pieces of squid and shrimp, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, so delicious.

🥩 The highlight dish must be Steak au Poivre & Truffle Pasta, pasta in a creamy truffle cognac sauce, fragrant and smooth, served with medium rare Australian steak, so juicy.

A huge plate that can be eaten by 2-3 people.

In addition, the restaurant also has a wide selection of wines to choose from, perfect for socializing or having dinner.
