Taking you to a newly opened Japanese restaurant in Ekkamai 16 alley >> Den Robatayaki 🇯🇵 Here, the food is charcoal-grilled style with a chef grilling each dish for you. They select premium ingredients, focusing mainly on freshness.
Normally, the restaurant serves a Wagyu beef omakase course, but if you don’t eat beef, you can call ahead and specify your preferences. The restaurant can prepare seafood dishes for you. The fish is fresh, shipped directly from Japan to Thailand, ready to serve.
Besides the Omakase course, the restaurant also offers A La Carte menu items that you can order additionally.
This time, we started with Sashimi, featuring Aburi Salmon and Hamachi. Next were grilled dishes.
Grilled Amadai fish is fragrant with a slightly salty taste, enjoyed with lemon to balance the flavor—delicious. Grilled Kamasu fish is cooked just right, firm texture, great taste. Grilled shrimp served with mayo sauce and lemon. Slow-cooked grilled chicken and pork are favorites—super delicious. The chicken skin is crispy, the inside tender and juicy. The pork is very tender, served with onion sauce that pairs perfectly.
The oysters are very large, grilled to a fresh, bouncy texture, eaten with lemon. Mentaiko mushrooms are eaten with seaweed and roasted sesame seeds. The side dishes are excellent, perfectly balancing salty and sour flavors.
