I came here with my boyfriend. We ordered the champion-level spicy minced pork pad krapow🐷. When it was served, the aroma was amazing. The rice came with minced pork krapow, a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside duck egg fried without oil, with a runny lava-like yolk. There was a soup with a flavor similar to a milder miso soup, served with chili fish sauce, cucumber, pickled radish, and pickled carrot. The minced pork krapow was a bit salty for my taste, but when sprinkled with the crispy chili served alongside, it balanced perfectly. My boyfriend ordered the champion-level spicy beef pad krapow🐮. It was served with crispy beef fat to sprinkle on top, and the beef aroma was strong. The spiciness gradually intensified while eating, with no sweetness at all. It had a fragrant chili and wok aroma, definitely a hit for beef lovers.
