Walking.. Khlong Ong Ang

Street Art.. Khlong Ong Ang

📍.. Khlong Ong Ang is part of the city moat canal, approximately 750 meters long, starting from the mouth of Khlong Mahanak to the canal’s mouth, flowing out into the Chao Phraya River.

🗒️.. In the past, during the early Rattanakosin period, Khlong Ong Ang was an important transportation canal on the Phra Nakhon side, with communities along both banks of the canal. It was also a major market for Chinese and Mon pottery, which is believed to be the origin of the canal’s name.

🗒️.. Khlong Ong Ang used to be an electrical appliance trading district. Later, it was demolished and transformed into a walking street, becoming a new tourist attraction in Bangkok on weekends.

🖼️.. For those who love street art, this is a must-visit spot to check in and take photos.
