🍽️ KubKao’ KubPla Terminal 21 Asok – Worth the Wait for Dinner

Came here for dinner and saw the long queue — took a queue number and waited about 30 minutes for a table. The place was buzzing with energy, which was a good sign!

We ordered quite a spread: crab curry, pomelo salad, stir-fried melinjo leaves with eggs, southern Thai curry with blue pea vermicelli, pandan leaves chicken, plus pumpkin custard and red ruby in coconut syrup for dessert.

The food was solid — rich flavors and authentic taste, especially loved the crab curry and the pomelo salad which was refreshingly tangy. The curry with blue pea vermicelli was a nice twist and very vibrant on the plate. Desserts were sweet and comforting, rounding off the meal well.

Service was decent and appropriate, though not particularly warm or memorable. Still, the focus here is really on the food, which didn’t disappoint.

If you’re craving authentic Thai southern flavors and don’t mind a bit of a wait, KubKao’ KubPla is a good bet!
