We recently had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. I have to say, I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The luxurious, modern decor combined with warmth was truly eye-catching. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making us feel like important guests from the moment we checked in.

Our Deluxe Room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of Bangkok at night. The lighting was beautiful. The bed was soft and large, allowing us to fully relax. The amenities were complete, including a minibar, a hot water kettle, coffee-making facilities, and high-quality toiletries. It felt like home with the service of a luxury hotel.

What we particularly liked was the cleanliness and organization of the room. The staff kept the housekeeping neat and replenished the amenities daily, making us feel comfortable and safe. The hotel also offers Grab & Go service and The Dining Room, a convenient restaurant for meals and drinks. We tried the dinner buffet at The Dining Room, which featured both Thai and international dishes. It was fresh and delicious, especially the fresh seafood and the live cooking station, where the chef prepared the food right in front of us. The restaurant's beautiful décor and live jazz band made our dinner a truly relaxing experience.

The hotel's location is also superb, right in the heart of Ratchaprasong. It's just a few minutes' walk to BTS Chidlom and connects to leading shopping malls like Erawan Bangkok, CentralWorld, and Gaysorn. It's perfect for us and our friends who love shopping or want to stroll around the city.

We were also impressed by the attentive service. The staff were helpful with everything from restaurant reservations, hailing a car, and recommending interesting activities in Bangkok. We felt like we were being treated with premium care.
