"Crab Paradise" is the flagship Saturday night dinner buffet at Food Exchange, nestling within Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. Running from 18:00 to 22:00, this indulgent feast has quickly become a go-to for both locals and visitors.

Highlights of the Buffet
1. All-You-Can-Eat Crabs & Seafood Galore
Feast on Alaskan king crab, snow crab, blue crab, along with a range of seafood like rock lobster, river prawns, oysters, mussels, and more—all on ice and replenished continuously.

2. Premium Additions & Upgraded Menu (March 2025 Onwards)
Since March 2025, the buffet includes over 15 new premium dishes such as: Baked Phuket lobster with garlic & butter (one per person)
