💜 Today, we had the opportunity to dine at an Isaan restaurant that I absolutely love: "Tum Kratoey Saket."
👉🏻 We went to the True Digital Park branch. ❤️
The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the EAST building in the True Digital Park project.✨ The atmosphere inside is bright and inviting. The air-conditioned room is cool and comfortable, perfect for long periods of time, from lunch to dinner. They've received Michelin Guide awards from 2023-2025, guaranteeing their deliciousness.

The dishes we had today: 🍗 Grilled Kratoey Chicken — Crispy skin, tender and juicy meat on the inside, perfectly marinated chicken. I absolutely love this dish! 🥗 Fresh Shrimp Salad — Creamy noodles, sweet fresh shrimp, and a satisfying flavor. The fish sauce isn't overpowering, making it easy to eat.
🐟 Salmon Salad — Fresh, sweet salmon with a well-balanced, delicious sauce. 🥩 Grilled Pork Neck Waterfall — Grilled pork neck with a little fat. Perfectly spicy and sour. 🐟 Crispy Catfish — Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and delicious with the sweet and sour sauce. 🍳 Papaya Salad with Salted Eggs — Well-balanced, with just the right amount of sweet and sour. 🥓 Spicy Pork Roll Salad — Bouncy pork roll, delicious pork roll, and a medium-flavored sauce that's easy to eat. 🐷 Minced Pork Salad — Full of organs, intestines, liver, and pork skin. The flavor isn't quite as intense.
✅ What I like about the restaurant is its pleasant atmosphere, spacious, clean, and diverse menu. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with generous portions. The staff is friendly and helpful.
