Review of Moo Katay, True Digital Park branch 🥓🔥

This is a buffet restaurant with grilled pork and Isaan food that we've returned to over three times because we're so impressed with the taste and the complete menu. They don't just serve grilled pork, they also offer a full range of Isaan dishes.

My favorite things:
• 🌶️ Somtam (papaya salad) - every recipe is delicious, both the Thai and the fermented fish salads, with their authentic, spicy flavors.
• 🍗 The fried chicken and pork larb are also delicious, with their intense flavors. Pair them with sticky rice for a truly satisfying experience.
• 🧀 The pork wrapped in cheese - tender meat, fragrant with cheese, and grilled to perfection - a must-order every time.
• 🥢 They offer two types of dipping sauces, both delicious. It goes great with grilled pork and beef.
• 🍜 There are 3 types of Khanom Jeen with curry to choose from, which are surprisingly delicious.
• 🍮 Desserts include Thai coconut milk desserts and fresh fruits like guava and pineapple.

At around 400 baht per person, it's a great value for the quality and variety. While service can be a bit slow during peak hours, the flavors are so delicious, it's worth the wait. 😋🔥
