An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service

My sister and I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel after visiting our ailing father. I must say we were greatly impressed from the moment we checked in until our departure. The staff were genuinely welcoming, friendly, efficient, and caring. Particularly noteworthy was Minnie, who checked us in and took the time to explain everything patiently. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She even introduced herself to my father when he visited, ensuring he felt welcome, and she couldn’t have done more for us. Alec from the concierge went above and beyond, assisting my father with taxis and helping him print some documents. His concern for my father was truly genuine; he was simply a lovely person willing to help any way he could. Day, another bell boy, was equally kind and went out of his way to assist my father. He couldn't have done enough for him. The staff truly excel at ensuring everyone enjoys their stay. The facilities are outstanding; I highly recommend the Spa and its fantastic massages. We stayed in deluxe skyline rooms, which were superbly comfortable. The beds were huge and incredibly cozy, and Minnie kindly arranged our rooms directly opposite each other. The rooms were impeccably clean. Our stay at this wonderful hotel was memorable, and we will certainly choose this hotel again upon our return. Heartfelt thanks to all the amazing staff throughout.
