A noodle shop with wontons, roasted pork, roasted duck, roasted goose, with authentic Hong Kong-style flavors, like flying to Hong Kong. If some Thais don’t like the rich flavors of Hong Kong, they might not like it.

But we think this restaurant is delicious, worthy of the Michelin Star award for 8 consecutive years (2015-2022). We came right when the shop opened at 11:00 AM, so we didn’t have to wait in line. The menu isn’t as diverse as dim sum restaurants, but the food is delicious. Let me tell you in advance that the price is quite high. It’s okay to eat it once in a while.

We ordered roast pork / soy sauce chicken / roasted duck. The roast pork was soft and fragrant with spices. It was grilled just right, not too hard. It was fragrant and delicious. The soy sauce chicken was also delicious. The wonton soup and the soup were very delicious. The smell of the soup was the original recipe. The smell and taste of authentic Hong Kong. The noodles were boiled just right, chewy, soft, and delicious. The side dishes were cucumbers. All the jellyfish are delicious. They are meticulous in creating really delicious food.
