Gaudi's Art in Barcelona: Park Guell🇪🇸

[Trip Moment Delivery.🗞️]
On this trip, let's explore Park Güell, an art garden imbued with Gaudí's imagination!! 🇪🇸🌿✨

🛄ㅣPark Güell Travel Experience
Perched on a hill in Barcelona, Park Güell feels like stepping into a fairytale. As soon as you approach the entrance, the colorful mosaic tiles and unique curves immediately catch your eye.

The first thing that greets you is the park's iconic symbol, the Lizard Fountain (El Drac). This sculpture, made from pieced together ceramic pieces, looks alive with vibrant colors, drawing countless travelers to stop and take photos. The stairs surrounding the fountain are also designed to flow in a curved manner, making them more like a work of art than a building.🌴

Ascending the stairs reveals the magnificent Hypostyle Hall. With 86 densely packed columns, this space evokes an ancient temple, while the ceiling is adorned with a colorful circular mosaic, adding to the visual appeal. The sunlight filtering through the columns creates a mystical and reverent atmosphere.

Upon reaching the plaza, a curved bench designed by Gaudí awaits. This undulating bench, shaped like a wave, is made of countless tiles, joined together using the trencadís technique. Up close, each piece displays a unique pattern and color, while from afar, it resembles a giant wave or snake, flowing and embracing the park. Sitting on the bench wasn't just a place to rest; it felt like becoming one with the building itself!

Walking through the park, I encountered a sublime blend of nature and man-made elements. The paths seemed carved into the rock, the column corridors were designed to blend in with the forest, and the trees and the building were seamlessly integrated, making the two almost indistinguishable. I could feel with my whole body that Gaudí didn't simply imitate nature through his architecture, but rather sought to integrate it into the natural world.

Park Güell wasn't just a place to stroll. It was a place where Gaudí's dream—a utopia where people, nature, and art live in harmony—came to life. No matter where I walked or what detail I observed, it was always a new and imaginative experience.🫠
