Malaysia’s colorful temples and caves

If you happen to be around Malaysia, make sure you do a stop by at Batu Caves. It took about a 30 minutes car ride from KL Twin Towers, approximately about 14km. There are no entrance fee, unless you are going inside with a car.

From the entrance you can see iconic huge statue, which called the Murugan Statue. Behind the statue, you also can see the colorful stairs behind which will lead you to the Batu Caves.

Before you enter the caves, make sure you are dressing appropriately as this is a temple, sacred place. Make sure your shoulders and legs are covered. Some people who were wearing tank tops were suggested to borrow a scarf for 15 RM, or if you are using shorts you might need another scarf too.

Not sure if you are fit enough to take the stairs? You can take photo around the colorful temples or just take the overall picture of the Batu Caves area.
Beware of your belongings as there are some monkeys swinging around and I saw them snatching food from the visitors around :P
