Definitely Not “Lonely” at Lone Pine, Penang

I dreamed of having a nice, enjoyable stay by the beach while soaking in a bathtub facing the ocean, and it came true here at the one and only Lone Pine Penang!

After rummaging the site for a good hotel that matches my dream, I came across this beautiful hotel located in Batu Ferringhi area. First impressions matter, and I quickly fell in love with this establishment.

Booked myself to a King Room with Sea View, I had high hopes that this would be the right choice. Driving through their majestic entrance of lush greenery, I was greeted by a friendly keeper. Performed my check-in in less than five minutes, I was then assigned to a room on top floor.

Once the key card tapped, the door opened to a beautiful, jaw-dropping room! Nothing in the room I didn’t like. The king bed was so comfy with clean and crisp linen, oh they sure knew how to pamper me. The best part would be the balcony. Guess what, they had a built in bathtub complete with hot and cold water!

The pool was big and clean too, with a private gate to the beach. You must check out their compound with massive pine trees. They’re breathtaking and very insta-worthy. I had good times taking a soak in the pool and enjoyed their cocktails. I miss the place already.

Breakfast was the best! It seemed like endless spread of menus from asian to western. I definitely enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast very well. The ambiance of the restaurant itself made me feel so good about everything and put a big smile on my face.

Will I come back? Oh, yes!
