Ichiran Hong Kong! – The Legendary Solo Dining Ramen Experience

#hkonbudget

📍Address: 香港尖沙咀棉登徑 The Pinnacle, B舖地庫

Finally tried Ichiran Ramen in 🇭🇰Hong Kong!
The solo dining booths are truly a blessing for us introverts —
you get to fully immerse yourself in the joy of eating, undisturbed.

🍜 A bowl of ramen – HKD 166
🥚 Ajitama (soft-boiled egg) – HKD 18
🧄 Extras like garlic, green onions, seaweed, and vinegar are all charged separately — HKD 14 each!
I was honestly shocked at Hong Kong’s prices 💰

Two bowls of ramen for two people came to HKD 371,
which includes a 10% service charge.

So… is it worth over HKD 100 for a bowl of ramen? 🤔

To be fair — yes, it’s pricey.
But also? Worth trying at least once.
The broth is incredibly flavorful, and the egg was perfectly cooked.

What I love is how customizable the order is:
You can choose the noodle firmness, richness of the broth, saltiness, toppings, and oil level.

💡 Left side: free water
💡 Right side: if you order extra noodles, they’ll place a small dish there, and staff will automatically bring it over when they see it.

📍 Ichiran has 3 locations in Hong Kong:
• Mong Kok: Shop B, G/F, Pakpolee Commercial Centre, 88 Sai Yeung Choi Street South (Exit D2/D3, Mong Kok MTR)
• Tsim Sha Tsui: Basement B, 8 Minden Avenue (Entrance via Ground Floor Lobby, Exit D1, Tsim Sha Tsui MTR)
• Causeway Bay: Shop F-I, Block A, Lockhart House, 440 Jaffe Road (Exit D1, Causeway Bay MTR)
