Located at the east gate of Baotu Spring Park, Shengjing Archway stands 7.5 meters tall, with a total width of 9.2 meters between columns and 1.5 meters of cantilevers on either side. Its design is a "four-pillar, three-bay structure" with a "carrying pole" design. Eight large, concave, gilded characters, "Baotu Shengjing" and "Guanlan Zhiyuan" (Guanlan Zhiyuan) are inscribed on the polished granite top.
