Beijing's Chaoyang Wangjing ① Wangjing SOHO
Wangjing SOHO, designed by the world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid, covers an area of 115,392 square meters with a planned total construction area of 522,248 square meters. It consists of three streamlined high-rise buildings that integrate office and commercial spaces, and three low-rise commercial buildings, with the tallest one reaching a height of 200 meters. Coupled with its unique urban garden-style office environment, it has become the first office and commercial building in China with a highly efficient air environment. Wangjing SOHO is located in the core area of Beijing's second CBD—Wangjing, bordered by Futong West Avenue to the east, Fuan East Road to the south, Wangjing Street to the west, and Fuan West Road to the north. Wangjing SOHO has won numerous awards, including the 2014 'Meiju Award' for China's Most Beautiful Residential Landscape, the 'Best Office Building of the Year' award at the 9th Golden Plate Awards of the Times Real Estate, and the 2014 Beijing Excellent Landscape Design Award. In 2018, it was featured on the cover of the international top landscape architecture magazine TOPSCAPE PAYSAGE.
