Beijing's best red leaves - Yaowang Valley
Yaowang Valley is the back mountain of Pofeng Ridge, with more red leaves. It is an excellent scenic spot to enjoy the autumn scenery. Yaowang Valley is located in Simagou Village, Zhoukoudian Town, 16 km from the Zhoukoudian Town Government. It has Rufen Mountain, Laohu Terrace,
Birch Forest, Wuzhi Mountain, Zhuajiu Mountain, Shitang Spring, Chaoyang Cave, Guawei Valley, Sanjian Mountain, and a primeval forest. The summit is 2,800 meters high, and the fire prevention pavilion is about 1,400 meters high.

Note: 1. If you arrive at the scenic spot before 7:00, you can drive directly to the parking lot of the scenic spot. After 7:00, you need to park at the designated parking lot and take a free shuttle bus to the scenic spot.
2. There is a toilet next to the entrance of the scenic spot, but there is no toilet on the mountain.
3. Be sure to wear comfortable sneakers or hiking shoes.
