Exploring the Great Wall of China

Renowned for its stunning beauty and challenging terrain, this section is perfect for history and nature enthusiasts. Located on steep mountain ridges, it offers breathtaking views and is the only section of the Great Wall open for nighttime visits. Visitors can choose to hike up and down or take a cable car for convenience.

The Simatai section is quite steep, especially the stairs in certain areas, and some parts require climbing. It may not be suitable for those afraid of heights, elderly individuals, or people with health issues.
